18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~65 years old; (2) Patients undergoing elective gynecological laparotomy; (3) ASA grade II.~III.; (4) General health and normal cardiopulmonary function before surgery; (5) The patient signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hypersensitivity to bupivacaine liposomes or other anesthetic drugs used in this study; (2) Cardiac insufficiency, ECG abnormalities such as atrial fibrillation; (3) History of severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, bronchial asthma, etc.; (4) liver and kidney insufficiency (5) infection, inflammation or injury at the puncture site; (6) Have a history of chronic pain.
