18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Persistent or recurrent low back pain occurring within the past 3 months; 2. An average low back pain intensity exceeding 3 points on the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) over the past 4 weeks; 3. Age 18 years or older; 4. International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD-10) diagnostic codes related to chronic back pain (ICD-10: M54 Back pain; M48.0 Spinal stenosis; M54.5 Low back pain; M54.4 Lumbago with sciatica; M54.1 Radiculopathy; M41.5 Other secondary scoliosis; M43.1 Spondylolisthesis; M42.1 Adult osteochondrosis of the spine; M51.2 Other specified intervertebral disc displacement; M47.8 Other spondylosis; M53.2 Spinal instability).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. More than two spinal surgeries, or one spinal surgery involving fusion of more than three segments; 2. Any spinal surgery within the past 6 months; 3. Dependence on walking aids or inability to walk continuously for more than 300 meters; 4. Congenital spinal deformity; 5. Currently undergoing other exercise therapy programs or chronic low back pain intervention programs; 6. Presence of any neurological, cardiovascular, psychological, or musculoskeletal conditions that may hinder the implementation of interventions or measurements.
