Diabetic Amyotrophy

Interventions

Surgical group:Surgical Group: Underwent standardized SCS surgery (with electrode implantation at the T10-12 segment), followed by long-term individualized parameter electrical stimulation.
Control group:Control Group: Received only conventional diabetes management therapy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years and = 80%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe debilitating diseases (such as malignant tumors) or with an expected lifespan of <= 2 years. 2. Presence of significant baseline data missing, rendering assessment impossible.
