Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with external drainage of cerebrospinal fluid from the ventral end of the ventricle are being accepted for shunting using an adjustable pressure shunt with a reservoir capsule, regardless of the manufacturer and type of shunt, male or female, age, or etiology of the hydrocephalus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with abnormalities such as skin breakdown and erythema in the area related to the shunt and those who are unable to co-operate.
