Interventions
The control group (Group C):Received an equal volume of saline before induction and 20 min before the end of surgery.
The group receiving medication before induction (Group E1):Received 0.25 mg/kg esketamine before induction and an equal volume of saline 20 min before the end of surgery.
The group receiving medication 20 minutes before the end of the surgery (Group E2).:Received an equal volume of saline before induction and 0.25 mg/kg esketamine 20 min before the end of surgery.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for nasal surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Aged 18 years or older; 3.ASA physical status class I or II;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe damage to vital organs (such as heart, liver, kidney, etc.); 2.Patients with severe or uncontrolled hypertension; 3.Patients with allergy to esketamine; 4.Patients with a history of drug abuse; 5.Patients with a history of neuropsychiatric symptoms or disorders; 6. Patients with ASA >= III.
