Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The gestational age is under 30 weeks; 2.Admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after birth, or transferred to Shanghai Children's Hospital or Children's Hospital of Fudan University;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe congenital heart disease, severe infection, hemolysis or thrombocytopenia and other diseases that affect the survival of the infant;
