Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 12 and 18 years. 2.Clinically diagnosed, and with at least one occurrence of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behavior within the past 12 months. 3.Possess adequate literacy and expressive ability to comprehend the questionnaire items and complete the questionnaires independently. 4.Provide signed written informed consent by the patient and/or their legal guardian (For participants under 18 years of age, informed consent must be obtained from both the guardian and the participant themselves). 5.Has not participated in any other interventional clinical studies within the last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with unstable medical or emotional conditions, including those exhibiting severe suicidal ideation, suicidal behaviors, or severe destructive and aggressive behaviors. 2.Individuals diagnosed with other severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, intellectual disability) or organic brain diseases. 3.Individuals with relevant functional impairments (e.g., auditory or visual impairments) or cognitive dysfunction that leads to disorganized thinking and impedes comprehension. 4.Individuals suffering from severe physical diseases (e.g., severe cardiac or pulmonary diseases).
