Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have undergone hip fracture surgery (internal fixation or hip replacement); 2. Age >=65 years old; 3. Those with clear consciousness, no expression disorders, and who are proactive and cooperative. 4. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 5. There was no previous history of venous thrombosis before admission, no severe damage to nerves and blood vessels, and no lower extremity DVT was found in the preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fracture; 2. Old fractures; 3. Skin defects, infections in both lower extremities or recent lower extremity surgeries that affect the selection of acupoints make it impossible to carry out nursing operations; 4. Malignant tumors, atherosclerosis of the arteries, varicose veins of the lower extremities, etc. 5. Severe heart, liver or kidney dysfunction that cannot tolerate intervention; 6. Bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 7. Skin sensory disorders
