Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 65 to 85; 2.A primary, unilateral, non-anterior hip replacement surgery is proposed; 3.ASA classification grades I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the puncture site; 2. Pre-existing neurological deficits in the lower limbs; 3. History of allergy to local anaesthetics; 4. Coagulation disorders; 5. Significant hepatic, renal, or cardiac dysfunction; 6. Dementia, psychiatric, or neurological disorders; 7. Substance dependence or routine use of analgesics; 8. Refusal to cooperate with research personnel.
