Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3-7 years old (at the start of the experiment); 2. There are no known past diseases, anatomical changes, significant clinical symptoms of dairy product contraindications, inflammatory diseases, intestinal diseases, Crohn's disease, colitis, celiac disease, chronic cough caused by recurrent respiratory distress related diseases, congenital megacolon, cystic fibrosis, or any symptoms of constipation or gastrointestinal discomfort (chronic diarrhea). 3. Not taking any other foods or supplements that have similar or equivalent functions to the test substance; 4. Able to cooperate with experiments and maintain a regular lifestyle during the research period; 5. The guardian reads and understands all the contents of the informed consent form, and voluntarily signs the informed consent form; 6. Have not participated in any other clinical studies in the past three months; 7. During the study period, other dietary habits remained unchanged.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction, as well as severe immune dysfunction; 2. Allergic to a milk protein diet can lead to a milk protein diet allergy; 3. Within the past two months, there have been foods and drugs that may have affected the test results through oral or external use;
