18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years and <=70 years; 2.Presence of more than 20 natural teeth in the oral cavity (third molars were excluded ); 3.No history of periodontal treatment or dental restoration for caries within the past 3 months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of untreated oral abscesses; 2.Oral precancerous lesions or oral cancer; 3.Oral fungal infections; 4.History of systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or autoimmune disorders; 5.Long-term medication use or antibiotic usage for 5 consecutive days or more within the past 6 months; 6.Pregnancy or lactation; 7.Excessive alcohol consumption: daily alcohol intake >30 g/day for men and >20 g/day for women; 8.Long-term heavy smoking;
