Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-60 years old, male or female; 2.The diagnosis was non-specific neck pain, refer to the Clinical Practice Guide for Physical Therapy of Non-specific Neck Pain; 3.No history of other interventions before treatment; 4.Able to understand and sign informed consent; 5.Willing to cooperate with the research process and participate in fNIRS brain function detection and clinical evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A recent history of cervical surgery or serious medical conditions (such as cancer, spondylolisthesis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or other autoimmune diseases)s); 2.serious neurological disease or mental disorder; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Cervical spondylotic myelopathy, nerve root compression, whiplash injury, etc. 5.There is a history of contraindications or allergies to fNIRS or manual treatment (such as joint loosening); 6.Patients who failed to comply with intervention requirements or withdrew from the study during the study.
