Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis and the following diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis in the 2024 edition of Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis; 2. The course of disease is longer than 1 month; 3. Over 45 years of age; 4. Accompanied by knee pain; 5. Bone scan showed concentration of radioactivity in knee joint; 6. Male and female.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Had knee replacement; 2. Inflammatory knee arthritis or joint infection; 3. Neuropathic arthropathy; 4. Reactive arthritis; 5. periarticular fracture; 6. Gouty knee arthritis; 7. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Traumatic arthritis; 9. Serious heart and lung diseases and blood diseases; 10. Obvious knee internal and external inversion deformity or vascular nerve injury of the affected limb; 11. No nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other drugs to improve joint function were used in the 1 month before inclusion (except for occasional internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and external plaster); 12. Skin rupture and infection at the puncture site; 13. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction and anaesthetic allergy.
