Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery; 2 ASA physical status classification I-II; 3 Age 18–65 years; 4 Body mass index (BMI) 18.5–28 kg/m^²
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Allergic to research-related drugs; 2 Patients anticipated to have difficult airways; 3 Those on long-term opioid or sedative medication; 4 Pregnant, lactating, or planning pregnancy within the next three months; 5 Cognitive impairment preventing study cooperation
