18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-50 years; Body Mass Index (BMI) >=28; Voluntarily selected GLP-1 receptor agonist treatment with no contraindications; and voluntarily participated in this project with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of severe cardiac or skeletal muscle disease, or sarcopenia (defined as grip strength <28 kg for males or <18 kg for females, combined with an appendicular skeletal muscle index <7.0 kg/m² for males or <5.7 kg/m² for females); history of bariatric surgery; prior use of GLP-1 receptor agonists within the past year; comorbid severe underlying medical conditions or disabilities affecting physical activity; or mental/psychological disorders (e.g., diagnosed psychiatric conditions, cognitive impairment).
