Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 14-70 (no gender limitation); 2. Patients diagnosed with orofacial granuloma in the Department of Oral Mucosa; 3. At the same time, patients diagnosed with chronic apical periodontitis in the Department of Endodontics, or patients whose periapical region shows radiographic evidence of bone destruction, whose teeth have undergone adequate root canal treatment but require apical surgery, or whose teeth have no restorative value and need extraction; 4. The tooth in question and adjacent teeth have healthy periodontium; or mild periodontitis (periodontal pocket probing depth <=4mm, attachment loss 1–2 mm; X-ray shows alveolar bone resorption not exceeding 1/3 of root length); or after periodontal treatment, PD <4mm, BOP negative; 5. No antibiotic use in the past month; 6. Informed consent obtained from research participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with severe oral diseases (such as severe periodontitis, salivary gland diseases, etc.), hematological diseases, diabetes, immune system diseases, or use of topical/systemic antibiotics or immune preparations within 1 month; 2.The patient had a history of maxillofacial surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3.those who did not accept the experiment.
