Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 22-40 years old; 2. Vaginal delivery, single full-term pregnant women; 3. Within six months postpartum; 4. Pelvic floor muscle strength <= grade 1, relaxed type; 5. Weakened sacral nerve reflexes; 6. No history of pelvic surgery; 7. Patients with stress urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction; 8. Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complete injury of bilateral levator ani muscles; 2.Vaginal bleeding; 3.People with a history of epilepsy; 4.Patients with pacemakers and severe arrhythmias; 5.Metal implants in the body; 6.Acute urinary tract infection; 7.Those who do not agree to sign the informed consent form;
