Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma through pathology, and according to RECIST 1.1, there is at least one measurable target lesion. 2. Receive immunotherapy. 3. Cooperate with periodontal and imaging examinations during the study period. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study, have good compliance, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Baseline examination shows that the periodontal opening is less than 2cm. 2. Complete edentulism or implant restoration>50%.
