Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with untreated café-au-lait macules; 2.Age >= 1 month; 3.After fully understanding the treatment plan and risks, the patient or their guardian voluntarily signs the informed consent form, agrees to participate in the trial, and cooperates with follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other diseases associated with café-au-lait macules; 2.Patients with active infection, abscess, or ulceration at the treatment site; 3.Patients allergic to local anesthetics; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5.Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
