Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The CT image of the lesion shows a single pulmonary lesion with a maximum diameter of <=5 cm; 2. Both lung fields are clearly distinguishable, with no other chest diseases or lymph node abnormalities. 3. The lesion is not adjacent to the liver and the cardiomediastinal blood pool to avoid affecting the delineation of the volume of interest (VOI); 4. High image signal-to-noise ratio and precise fusion registration; 5. Obtain immunohistochemistry (IHC) results; 6. No previous history of tumors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot obtain pathological results; 2. Patients with poor respiratory cooperation and blurred images; 3. A history of any other malignant tumors within the past 5 years; 4. Known to be allergic to the injection or its excipients; 5. Unable to lie flat or remain still during a PET scan, or intolerant of a PET scan; 6. Those with a history of fractures or anemia in the past year; 7. Patients who do not meet other safety requirements for PET/CT examinations.
