Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients admitted with a confirmed diagnosis of ATTAD; 3.Patients diagnosed with ATTAD and undergoing extracorporeal circulation surgery at Chongqing Emergency Medical Center, the Second Hospital of the Army Medical University, and Southwest Medical University Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to August2024;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous severe lung diseases; 2.Patients who require mechanical ventilation before surgery; 3.Patients with traumatic aortic dissection; 4.Ptients with severely lacking clinical data;
