Age
60 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.aged 60 years or above 2.residing in the community 3. capable of speaking and understanding Chinese 4.experiencing loneliness (scoring >=3 on a three-item loneliness screening scale).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently undergoing psychological intervention 2. Clinically diagnosed with a mental disorder 3. Impaired cognitive function (Mini-Mental State Examination score <6) 4. Experiencing visual, language or communication difficulties.
