18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA Class I to III; 2.18 years old = 65 years old; 3.Laparoscopic gastric volume reduction under elective general anesthesia; 4.35<=BMI<=55 kg/m ² 5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking, previous history of thoracic surgery 2. Received invasive mechanical ventilation within 30 days 3. Pregnancy 4. People allergic to EIT electrode sheets 5. Persistent hemodynamic instability or refractory shock 6. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases (such as severe COPD, NYHA grade III or IV, acute coronary syndrome or persistent ventricular tachycardia) 7. Severe pulmonary hypertension (systolic pulmonary artery pressure > 40mmHg) 8. Increased intracranial pressure, intracranial injury or tumor, or neuromuscular disease 9. Conversion to open surgery
