Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Study Group: (1) Right-handed; (2) Successful heart transplant with postoperative survival >= 1 month; (3) No preoperative cognitive impairment; (4) Able to complete MRI scanning and cognitive assessment; (5) Han ethnicity. Control Group: (1) Right-handed; (2) No history of psychiatric disorders; (3) Able to complete questionnaire assessment; (4) Han ethnicity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study Group: (1) Concurrent severe physical illnesses such as hepatic or renal dysfunction, psychiatric disorders; (2) History of two or more organ transplants; (3) MRI examination contraindications; (4) History of cerebrovascular accidents, brain tumors, or other cerebral pathologies; (5) Recent use of medications affecting cognitive function. Control Group: Same exclusion criteria as the study group.
