Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for tuberculosis and have surgical indications, and are scheduled to undergo surgical treatment in our hospital; 2. Patients aged >=18 years; 3. Patients who provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study; 4. Patients who are conscious and have reading or verbal communication abilities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative chronic pain; 2. Coexistence of other cancers, severe physical diseases, or mental disorders; 3. Contraindication to opioids, non-steroidal targeted analgesics, or antipyretic analgesics
