Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Finite Element Model Volunteers: 1. Recruit healthy adult volunteers with no history of upper limb fractures. Clinical Case Group: 1. Patients with distal radius fractures (AO classification A2-C3) who have received conservative or surgical treatment; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. At least 6 months post-fracture (to ensure they have entered the healing phase); 4. Able to cooperate in completing imaging and functional assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Finite Element Model Volunteers: 1. History of previous injury or wrist surgery, presence of other chronic diseases, osteoporosis; Clinical Case Group: 1. History of previous DRUJ injury or wrist surgery; 2. Complicated by wrist arthritis, nerve injury (such as carpal tunnel syndrome); 3. Multiple trauma or pathological fractures.
