Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Pathological diagnosis: Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 3.Radical resection; 4.Complete clinical records: preoperative imaging, postoperative pathology reports;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Metastatic liver cancer, cholangiocarcinoma (ICC), mixed-type hepatocellular carcinoma; 2.Area of necrosis in cryopreserved tissue >30% (confirmed by HE staining); 3.Received preoperative chemotherapy/radiotherapy/targeted therapy/immunotherapy; 4.Lack of core data such as TNM staging and differentiation grade; 5.The patient refused specimen collection;
