30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with primary breast cancer; 2. Undergone breast cancer surgery; 3. Female, aged 30–75 years; 4. Able to comprehend the study content and cooperate with all assessments and follow-ups; 5. Patient or family member has signed an informed consent form, voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known organic diseases (such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, arthritis, history of fractures, etc.), chronic pain (lasting > 3 months), or limited mobility due to neurological diseases (such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, etc.) in the affected shoulder joint before surgery; 2.Preoperative QuickDASH (Quick Assessment of Upper Extremity Function) score > 15 points (suggesting moderate or greater functional impairment); 3.Combined with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal insufficiency or other serious underlying diseases, unable to cooperate with the completion of the assessment; 4.Severe cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric illness; 5.Pregnant or lactating women;
