10 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 10-18 years; 2. Diagnosed with AIS (Cobb angle <= 20°); 3. Not deemed surgical candidates and voluntarily participate; 4. Able to cooperate with the remote system operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary or neurological diseases; 2. History of spinal surgery; 3. Unable to complete follow-up or data collection; 4. Concurrent participation in other interventional studies.
