Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis group (1) Age >=18 years old. (2) Meets the Sepsis-3 diagnostic criteria (confirmed infection + SOFA score >=2). (3) At least 3 peripheral blood samples (including PBMC, plasma, and serum) and corresponding temporal inflammatory markers (CRP, IL-6, PCT) test results should be collected during the course of the disease. 2. Non sepsis infection group (1) Age >=18 years old. (2) Clarify respiratory/urinary system infections (clinical symptoms + pathogenic/imaging evidence). (3) Not meeting the diagnostic criteria for sepsis (SOFA =18 years old. (2) No history of infection or immune diseases. (3) Blood routine, liver and kidney function, and inflammatory markers (CRP <5 mg/L) are all within the normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age = 2 times. 9. Incomplete clinical parameter recording (SOFA score discontinuity exceeding 24 hours). 10. Serious mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, depression, mania, etc.). 11. Others, such as HIV/AIDS, active tuberculosis, syphilis serological positivity, etc.
