Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years, diagnosed with hypertrophic scars (disease course 6-24 months); 2. Has not received corticosteroid or laser treatment for at least 3 months; 3. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Keloids, scar malignant transformation, or other skin diseases; 2. History of pregnancy, immunodeficiency, or photosensitive disorders.
