Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Kidney transplant recipients aged =18 years. 2. Diagnosis of IgA nephropathy in the transplanted kidney confirmed by pathological biopsy. 3. Consecutive 24-hour urine protein quantification >=0.5 g. 4. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) >=35 mL/min/1.73 m², calculated using the CKD-EPI equation. 5. Patients who have received or are scheduled to receive Nefecon treatment (16 mg/day) for >=6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recipients with a positive donor-specific antibody (DSA) status. 2. Recipients whose transplant kidney biopsy indicates the synthesis of other pathological findings in addition to IgA nephropathy. 3. Recipients of multi-organ transplantation. 4. Recipients who were subjected to concomitant therapy with any of the following medications within four weeks prior to or during Nefecon treatment: telitacicept, bortezomib, rituximab, fostamatinib, iptacopan, or avacopan.
