Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.20-45 years old female, 18.5<=BMI < 24kg/m^2; 2.Women who underwent IVF/ICSI assisted pregnancy at our hospital and received regular follow-up visits; 3.Women who used a controlled superovulation protocol and received fresh embryo transfer; 4.Women with complete medical records;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Frozen embryo transfer; 2.Women who terminate the pregnancy due to fetal deformity, fetal chromosomal abnormalities, uncontrollable chronic diseases of the mother, or personal reasons; 3.Women who did not come for regular follow-up visits at our hospital after the transplantation; 4.Those couples where either partner has chromosomal abnormalities (such as chromosomal number abnormalities, fragment deletions, chimeric abnormalities, etc.);
