Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 65 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Patients requiring unilateral hip replacement surgery; 3.ASA is graded I-III; 4.Agree to participate in the researcher;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.MMSE score < 24 or dementia due to various causes, preoperative delirium, and a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2.Currently using sedatives or antidepressants; 3.Presence of speech impairment, severe hearing or visual impairment; 4.There are language barriers, severe hearing or visual impairments. 5.ASA classification level IV and above;
