Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease as per the 2018 "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease" and having undergone PCI surgery; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Possessing normal cognitive, comprehension and communication abilities, and being capable of operating a smart phone as required; 4. Patients' informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who experienced severe complications during the hospitalization period after PCI and required further treatment; 2. Patients who have a definite plan for a secondary surgery in the near future; 3. Patients with contraindications for cardiac rehabilitation as per the "Chinese Guidelines for Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention (2018 Edition)"; 4. Patients who have participated in or are currently participating in cardiac rehabilitation.
