Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. University students aged 18-39 years. 2. Possess at least 4 of the 5 Chinese Depression-Prone Personality dimensions, with a Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) score greater than 8 and less than or equal to 24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion of individuals with a professional sports training background. This experiment requires sustained moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for at least thirty minutes. For individuals with a professional sports training background, the intensity of moderate-intensity exercise is insufficient to produce the intended effect. This will be confirmed by verifying the participant's major. 2. Exclusion of individuals with conditions such as cardiopulmonary diseases that are unsuitable for sustained moderate-intensity exercise, or those who have had serious sports injuries or surgeries within the past year. Such participants cannot guarantee their personal safety during this experiment. This will be confirmed by the participant providing their medical records.
