Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 50-80 years (inclusive of 50 and 80 years), regardless of gender; 2.Postoperative status of head and neck cancer, prior to receiving radiotherapy; 3.Development of Grade 0 or 1 oral ulcers two weeks after postoperative radiotherapy for head and neck cancer; 4.Development of Grade 2 or 3 oral ulcers two weeks after postoperative radiotherapy for head and neck cancer; 5.Absence of other oral diseases; 6.Normal mental and psychological status, ability to communicate appropriately and cooperate with the trial; 7. Informed consent obtained, and voluntary written informed consent form signed by the subject.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with HIV, active HBV, or HCV infection; 2.Severe systemic diseases affecting the cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems; 3.Patients receiving concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4.Patients who have already taken antibiotics or relevant anti-inflammatory/promotive healing medications; 5.Patients with intellectual, psychiatric, or psychological disorders; 6. Individuals with impaired salivary secretion function who are unable to provide saliva samples.
