Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All participants (patients' family members) signed the informed consent form after approval was obtained from the hospital ethics committee. 2. A total of 60 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who met the DSM-V diagnostic criteria were enrolled, regardless of gender, aged 18–45 years, and all received systematic monotherapy with the antipsychotic drug olanzapine. 3.First-episode schizophrenia patients meeting DSM-V diagnostic criteria. 4.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) score >= 60, and Clinical Global Impression of Severity (CGI-S) score >= 4. 5.Patients' blood lipids, body weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose are all within the normal range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of substance dependence or psychotic symptoms caused by other mental disorders. 2.Patients with suicidal attempts, suicidal ideation, or suicidal behavior. 3.Major physical diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, liver or renal dysfunction. 4. History of alcohol abuse or substance abuse within the past year; 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 6.Major physical illnesses such as cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency.
