Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the guideline criteria, acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), and kidney transplantation are clearly diagnosed. The definition of kidney injury is: eGFR 1.5 times the baseline value. 2.Diagnosis of stones confirmed by imaging (CT/KUB ultrasound).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with tumors, hereditary kidney diseases, or urinary tract malformations were excluded.
