Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=18 years old; (2) Perform uterine cavity surgery; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unable to cooperate with uterine cavity surgery operations; (2) Negative pressure aspiration is not required during the operation. (3) No specimens need to be collected after the operation.
