Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical symptoms (with one or more of them): different degrees of mouth opening limitation, joint area murmur, open-type deviation, pain in the preauricular area. 2. Imaging (CBCT): different degrees of resorption, destruction, sclerosis, osteophyte formation, cystic degeneration, etc. of the condylar bone. 3. Patients who completed all treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of treatment or surgery for temporomandibular joint disorders; 2. those who have infection foci, rupture or severe rash at the injection site; 3. those with acute stage of arthritis: obvious swelling of joints with pain, and local skin appears red and hot; 4. those with joint ankylosis: those with fibrous and bony ankylosis of joints; those with perforated joint discs; 5. trauma to the temporomandibular joint area; 6. with malignant diseases located in the head and neck region; 7. those who suffer from diseases of the immune system, hematological system or those who have taken anticoagulants and immunosuppressants in the last 3 months; 8. Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 9. People with cerebral palsy and mental illness.
