Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) as outlined in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia during Pregnancy (2022)"; 2. Age between 18 and 45 years old; 3. Full term singleton pregnancy (gestational weeks >= 37 weeks); 4.No mental illness, clear consciousness, and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous heart, liver, kidney, thyroid, hypertension, adverse pregnancy and childbirth history, cervical epithelioid tumor, cervical cancer, and other endocrine and metabolic diseases; 2. There are hereditary diseases in the family; 3. Acute infectious diseases, chronic inflammatory disease, etc. 4. Use the following medications within 24 hours before and during delivery: beta blockers, glucocorticoids, sulfonylureas, antidepressants; 5. Having unhealthy lifestyle habits such as smoking, excessive drinking, and drug use; 6. There are other genetic inherited diseases; 7. Pregnant metabolic disorders such as intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and gestational hypertension, excluding GDM;
