Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of invasive breast cancer; 3. Patients receiving taxane-based chemotherapy regimens (including, but not limited to, taxanes combined with anthracyclines, platinum agents, or capecitabine); 4. Provided informed consent and able to communicate and answer questions normally; 5. Completed at least one cycle of chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing conditions that could cause peripheral neuropathy, such as diabetes mellitus, alcohol abuse, Vitamin B12 deficiency, hypothyroidism, or hereditary/immune-mediated neuropathies; 2. Diagnosis with another concurrent malignancy or any other severe life-threatening disease; 3. History or presence of central or peripheral nervous system disorders or psychiatric conditions; 4. Use of high-dose corticosteroids or neurotoxic medications (e.g., vinca alkaloids, bortezomib) within the past month; 5. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (Child-Pugh Grade C, or estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] < 30 mL/min/1.73m²); 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Limb amputation or severe trauma preventing the assessment of neurological symptoms.
