18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years, regardless of gender. 2. Physically healthy, with no history of major diseases, ASA classification I-II. 3. Patients diagnosed with shingles, with pain at or above the T8 level. 4. Patients planning to undergo thoracic MRI. 5. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anesthetics or contrast agents. 2. Coagulation disorders or currently taking anticoagulant medication. 3. Infection at the puncture site or skin lesions. 4. Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease, or neurological disorders. 5. History of chronic pain. 6. Recently received other nerve blocks or pain management treatments. 7. Unable to cooperate with the study or refuses to sign the informed consent form.m.
