Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The critically ill patients receiving mechanical ventilation admitted to ICU of Emergency Department of Cangzhou Central Hospital: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation-?(APACHE-?) scores > 8 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 years old; length of hospitalization < 24h; pregnany; patients with previous history of gallstones, bile duct stones, intrahepatic and intrahepatic bile duct diseases, cirrhosis; patients with acute cholecystitis, cholangitis, or mechanical intestinal obstruction; patients who could not receive enteral nutrition within 7 days due to gastrointestinal surgery or other reasons; patients who could not receive ultrasonic examination due to abdominal distension or other reasons; and patients with advanced cancer, end-stage multiple organ failure or without informed consent.
