Inclusion criteria: Grassroots transferred psychiatrists and point-to-point technical guidance experts who voluntarily signed the "Informed Consent Form for the Enhancement Effect of the Point-to-Point Technical Guidance Project on the Diagnosis and Treatment Service Capacity of Grassroots Psychiatrists in Guangdong Province: A Cluster Controlled Trial Study with a Multi-Treatment Ladder Design".
