Intervention Group:Conducting Continuous Nursing Management for Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients Undergoing Surgery via a Digital Mobile Management Platform

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hepatocellular carcinoma as outlined in the "Primary Liver Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2024 Edition)"; 2. According to the Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) staging, include patients in early or intermediate stages (BCLC 0 or A stage); 3. Age between 18 and 75 years; 4. Liver function status meets Child-Pugh class A or B; 5. Patients receive standardized treatment, such as surgical resection; 6. Patients or their families agree and sign the informed consent form, and are able to cooperate with the follow-up and nursing interventions required by the study; 7. No severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders, able to normally understand and follow nursing advice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of diseases that affect respiratory system function (such as pneumonia, atelectasis, pulmonary edema, pulmonary hypertension, emphysema, and lung cancer), coexisting with other malignant tumors or severe chronic diseases, such as end-stage heart, kidney, or lung failure; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. History of allergy to drugs, materials, or nursing measures used during the study; 4. Patients with severe decompensated liver cirrhosis (such as hepatic encephalopathy, refractory ascites, etc.); patients with extensive extrahepatic metastasis or portal vein main trunk tumor thrombus confirmed by imaging or pathology; 5. Persistent regular exercise habits (defined as exercising 3 days per week for at least six months) and severe physical disabilities or injuries; 6. History of traumatic or spontaneous pneumothorax, known history of eardrum perforation, and unstable asthma with abnormally low perception of dyspnea.
