Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Completion of >= 6 cycles of platinum-based neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy; 2. Availability of tumor tissue slides confirmed as primary HGSOC; 3. Documented clinical outcomes including disease progression and other clinical information; 4. No prior exposure to maintenance therapy before first recurrence; 5. Absence of concurrent primary malignancies at other sites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received fewer than six cycles of platinum-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy or adjuvant chemotherapy. 2. Unavailability of tumor pathological slides, or a pathological type other than primary ovarian high-grade serous adenocarcinoma. 3. Inability to obtain effective clinical information, such as disease progression. 4. Receipt of targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or any other treatment prior to the first recurrence, in addition to surgery and first-line platinum-based chemotherapy. 5. Presence of a primary tumor at other sites.
