Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Students aged 8 to 12 in grades 3 to 4 of primary school. 2.The body is basically in good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have suffered from any of the following diseases within one year prior to the investigation: liver disease, kidney disease, skeletal system disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, or other endocrine diseases. 2.Children who are in a state of chronic disease or undergoing long-term medication, have a history of severe food allergies (the types of allergenic foods need to be recorded), or have unconventional dietary structures (such as vegetarianism, ketogenic diet, etc.) are also excluded.
