Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, gender not limited. 2. Patients who have undergone laparoscopic surgery. 3. Patients who received anesthesia regimens with different PEEP values (0, 5, and 10 cmH2O) during the operation. 4. The body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 30 kg/m ². 5.ASA classification I to III; 6. The operation time is no less than 3 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency Surgeons; 2.Individuals with a history of lung disease or thoracic surgery; 3.Individuals with heart and lung dysfunction or liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Individuals with progressive neuromuscular disorders; 5.Patients who are immediately transferred to the ICU or require reoperation after surgery; 6.Postoperative hospitalization time less than 24 hours;
